Neither holds personal data or is sent to a server. The signup form also runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are a person and not a bot.
Visits are also counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, does not store anything in your browser and does not identify or follow you across sites. It only produces totals, such as page views and which site sent a visit.

How consent works here
Until you choose, Google tags set no cookies and send only cookieless pings (Google Consent Mode), and the Meta Pixel and Clarity do not load. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way.
